A Louis Philippe 18k gold and shell cameo set

Comprising an adjustable bangle, oval brooch and a pair of pendant earrings with fine engraved decor, set with shell cameos carved with portraits of ladies in ribbon surrounds. In the original fitted case. Hallmakrs: Paris gold guarantee for 1838 - 1919, maker's mark, Belgian import stamp used since 1831. The findings and hooks replaced, the bangle with minor dents and an old restoration to the inner band. Max. width bangle 4 cm. Brooch 5.8 x 4.5 cm. Earrings 2.3 x 1.8 cm. Total weight 39.15 g.
