Oval scalopped basin from a washing set. With twist fluting and moulded rim, the border engraved with the arms of alliance of Counts von Loë and a Baroness of Fürstenberg beneath a Comital crown. L 50; W 37 cm, weight 1,089 g.
Marks of Andreas Friedrich Stemmler, 1751 - 53.

A marriage which could correspond to this arms of alliance is that of Count Friedrich von Loë, Herr auf Wissen (1787-1849) to Baroness Sophia von Fürstenberg of the House of Herdringen (1790-1860) in 1841.
