An armour (yoroi). 18th/19th century

Iron tatehagi-dô with attached kusazuri, 32-plate suji bachi with four-layer tehen no kanamono and three-layer shikoro, menpô of ressei type with three-layer yodarekake, outside lacquered black, inside and upper lip red, teeth lacquered in silver colour, moustache of animal hair, the iron plates of dô, shikoro, yodarekake, sode, ô-tateage suneate and kote lacquered in gold colour on a scarred ground. Shino gote with hyôtan and kaushi gusari, haidate with 4x10 plates, lacquered in gold colour. Armour chest with iron mounts.
