A Sinotibetan gilt bronze figure of a Green Tara. 18th/19th century

Seated in lalitasana on a double-lotus base, the right hand held in varadamudra and the left raised to the chest in vitarkamudra, two lotus blossoms rising to the shoulders, the seam of the dhoti and the loose scarf over the shoulders embellished with a floral pattern. Base sealed.
