A Sinotibetan gilt bronze figure of a dharmapala. 18th century

The wrathful deity seated on a buffalo, on a separately cast single lotus base, his hands stretched out in karanamudra, wearing a short dhoti, and adorned with a skull tiara in front of his flaming hair. The little finger of the left hand missing. Base resealed.
