A fine Kyoto school ivory netsuke of Gama Sennin, by Yoshinaga. Late 18th century

Seated pot-bellied in a patterned robe and propped up on his right arm, a three-legged toad sitting on his raised left hand. All four eye pupils of brown horn. Signed Yoshinaga in a square reserve. Left foot damaged.
