A Tokyo school ivory shunga netsuke of a young woman with a scroll, by Hakuunsai II. Late 19th century

Looking up smiling, holding a scroll in her hands. Her elaboratly coiffed black-stained hair adorned with a glass pin. Her lips, the collar of her kimono as well as the inside of her sleeves stained red. Her spread out kimono reveals her pubic area. Signed Hakuunsai.
