A fine ivory netsuke of a grazing horse. Late 18th century

The hooves placed close together, the right foreleg slightly bent, the head with the deeply carved mane lowered. The horse's tail rendred in low relief, the eye pupils of black horn.
Height 6 cm; width 4.5 cm
