Cluster set with a fine untreated cushion-cut Ceylon sapphire of 6,40 ct (11,94 x 9,88 x 5,92 mm, no indications of heating/NTE) surrounded by 12 transition-cut diamonds (2.16 ct, I/J, vs). Bezel 2 x 1.8 cm. Ring size 57. Weight 7.2 g.

Gemstone Report of Deutsche Stifung Edelsteinforschung (DSEF), Idar-Oberstein no. 029826 from 10th October 2019 confirms the stone to be a natural sapphire with no indications of heat treatment (NTE). Origin: Sri Lanka.
