A Hesse ormolu officer's clock

Fire-gilt bronze, silver, white enamel dial with black numerals, gilt hands, blued iron hands, domed glazing. Day-running movement with verge escapement, hourly striking and alarm to a bell at the back. Engraved to the plate "Joh. M. Pfeiffer Fulda". The case amended due to earlier repairs, in need further repairs, repetition cord and winder missing. H 18.7 cm.
