A two-case wood inrô. 19th century

In shape of a bamboo stem of oval cross section, carved with bamboo stems, branches and leaves, at the top a small frog. Signed at the base. Ojime in shape of an internodium of a gomadake. A stag antler netsuke of a large frog with a smaller frog on its back sitting on a lotus leaf. Signed with a seal. Second half 19th century.
