Literature

This model illus. in: Ponert, Berlin 1985, no. 121. Friedrich Wilhelm's account book mentions this vase form in 1832, "not directly after the antique but after a French manufactory - presumably Sèvres" (ibid, p. 130). The vase was produced in nine different sizes.
