A cast iron necklace with commemorative medallions and a cross pendant

Black patinated cast iron and silver. 15 round medallions depicting winged figures of Nike and the inscription “GOTT SEGNETE DIE VEREINIGTEN HEERE” with dates of victories in the German Campaign on the reverse. The silver case lock applied with an oval medallion bearing a portrait of Friedrich Wilhelm III and suspending a cross pendant inscribed “BELLE ALLIANCE” and with a central medallion with clasped hands, inscribed on the reverse with the monogram “B.W.” and “DEN 18. IUNY 1815”. L when doubled 21.5 cm, L of chain 32 cm.
