A 22k gold necklace with an ancient Roman relief fragment

Hand-forged fringe necklace in archaeological revival style with delicate droplets formed from Persian turquoise beads. The central stylised reed motif set with a fragment of Egypto-Roman turquoise glazed terracotta with a depiction of a putto playing a tambourine below and above a fragment of millefiori glass. Includes the signed and dated original design. The base of the pendant signed: Skoluda 87. L 51 cm. Weight 94.50 g.
