A South German wrought iron box

Box with a handle on the lid. All faces with finely etched eagle motifs, the lid with tendrils. With a later key. Cracks to the edges, the keyhole enlarged. H 7, W 11.2, D 7 cm.
Attributed to Nuremberg, second half 16th C.
