Pierced "escargot" designs set with navette-, baguette-, and brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 2.80 ct, H/I, vvs) and two pear-cut Sandawana emeralds (in total 0.95 ct). Hallmarks: Fineness 750, "Kern". 2.5 x 1.5 cm. Total weight 12.17 g.
