An 18th century German carved wood figure of the Virgin and Child

Carved in the round, the reverse only partially worked. With older polychromy. Depicting the Virgin standing on a flat plinth holding the Christ Child, who stands on a pedestal decorated with angels.
Wear with losses to the polychromy. A hairline crack to the plinth between the base and the figure, with a loss on the reverse. Height 43 cm.
