A Belle Epoque platinum diamond brooch with 18k gold pin.

Rectangular design with finely pierced scale pattern and loops on either side to thread through a ribbon. Milgrain set with 138 old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 5.2 ct). With - presumably later - brooch pin. The bezel set central stone ca. 1.62 ct (K/L, vs-si). No hallmarks. One tiny diamond missing. H 5.3 cm, W 3 cm. Weight 18.78 g.
