An oval porcelain snuff box with Watteau style scenes

Tobacco box with gilt copper mountings decorated on four faces with finely painted courtly figures flanked by rocaille reliefs. The inside of the lid with an identical scene, the interior gilded (possibly later). Unmarked. Scratches to the lid. H 3.5, W 6.3, D 5 cm.
Attributed to Frankenthal, c. 1770, decorated in the manner of Jacob Osterspey.
