A possibly English George III 14k gold repoussé and cut pink glass jewellery suite with modifications, minor losses and repairs.

Seven-piece set comprising a comb with floral aigrette "en tremblant" in gilt metal mountings, necklace, pair of earrings, pair of cuff bracelets with domed rosette clasps and a corresponding rosette brooch. Decorated with repoussé foliage and set with pink paste stones. In a sumptuous gold embossed leather case. No hallmarks. The hook findings replaced with modern clips. Minor damage, amendments, losses, especially to the aigrette. Mariage: The necklace and earrings not originally part of the set. The case with signs of wear and foxmarks to the lining. L aigrette c. 17 cm. L earrings 7.5 cm. L bracelet 17.5 cm, clasp 5.5 x 3.5 cm. L necklace 44 cm. L brooch 4.5 cm. Total weight (without silver gilt comb) 143.93 g
