Comprising a knife and two-pronged fork. The oval handles monogrammed "CG" beneath an electoral crown, presumably referring to Christian-Günther III, Prince of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen (1736 - 1794). Monogrammed "H.J." below. L 30 and 26 cm, total weight 421 g.
Marks of Johann V Beckert, 1759 - 1761.

A pair of candlesticks with the same monogram was sold in Lempertz auction 1220 as lot 553.
