Charcoal, wiped, highlighted in white, and black pen on paper 27.8 x 21 cm, mounted at an earlier time onto light brown cardboard 30 x 22.9 cm. Signed and dated L. Ury 1885 in pen and India ink lower left. - On verso on the newer mat cardboard with the old cut out collection label, printed „GRAPH. SAMMLUNG/ DR. KARL SCHWARZ", therein in ink with the handwritten entry „Ury, Lesser/ Knabenbildnis/ Zchng. 1885" [Ury, Lesser/ Portrait of a boy/ Drawing. 1885] and with the inventory number „907/C". - With old diagonal traces of creases and with age-related weak rubbing.
