A shallow cloisonné enamel bowl. 19th century

With an inverted rim displaying fish and crabs amidst waves surrounding a turtle with the character "a" on its back, and red and black dragons amidst clouds to the outside, all on a blue ground, at the base a flower-filled hexagon pattern. Minor loss of enamel to the inside of the rim.
