This painting, which is only illustrated in the Mayme Neher catalogue raisonné as a black and white image trimmed on three sides, presents a significant enrichment of Salentin's oeuvre. In the artist's own, as yet unpublished, catalogue of works (archive of the Künstlerverein Malkasten Düsseldorf) the painting is numbered 112.
