An ivory okimono of a peasant standing on a slightly irregular base, carrying a bag with seeds and sowing seeds with his right hand, a smoking set with a mokugyo netsuke at his hip, and a straw hat on his head. Signed Dôraku on an inlaid red lacquer tablet. Crack to the base. Late 19th century.
