millegrain set with old-cut diamonds, calibrated rubies, six bezel set old-cut diamonds in total ca. 0.6ct, and one ca. 0.4ct brilliant-cut diamond. The ring band slightly worn and lengthened. Top of ring diameter 1.7 cm. Weight 5.7 g.
