The ca. 3.82ct yellow sapphire surrounded by 20 brilliants (in total ca. 0.25ct). Can also be worn as a pendant. Custom made piece. Stamped fineness 750 & maker's mark. 3.5 x 3 cm. Weight 16.1 g.
