Probably North German 2nd half 15th century

A probably North German carved oak pew upright, second half 15th century.

The front is carved with the Virgin and Child beneath a lancet arch decorated with crockets. The reverse bears symmetrical vine tracery with a crowned symbol of Mary.
With a vertical crack to the upper left, some small drill holes and general wear. 84 x 33 x 3.5 cm.
