Interiors partially gilt. Comprising mocca pot, milk jug, sugar bowl, and tray. H pot 13 cm; L tray 31.5; W 25.5 cm, total weight 1,283 g.
Marks of Erwin Mürle, ca. 1930.

Erwin Mürle began his studies at the Kunst- und Werkschule Pforzheim in 1922. His teachers included Theodor Wende and Adolf Hildebrandt. He became a teacher himself in 1925, as assistant to Prof. Hildebrandt. He established his own workshop in Pforzheim in 1936, where he worked as an enameller, goldsmith, and painter until 1986.
