A Tibetan Pala-style bronze figure of Maitreya, seated in lalitasana with hands in dharmacakra mudra, wearing Indian style clothes decorated with silver and gold inlays. One of the two lotus flowers growing at his shoulders supporting a kundika. Remains of cold gilding to the face and the hair coloured blue. Base open. 18th century.
