The green stamped mark overpainted with a green oval, blue enamel hammer, sickle and cog mark of 1921. The large black flower on the right and the green garland along the rim retouched. D 25 cm.
Fired by IPM St. Petersburg, painted by SPM 1921 after a motif by S. W. Chekhonin.

This plate commemorates the great famine that gripped Russia in 1921.
