An ormolu mounted Meissen porcelain liquor barrel

Decorated with finely painted landscapes, including one merchant navy scene with a Turkish rider. Silver tap. Blue crossed swords mark, blue subsidiary mark to the back. H with stand 21.3, L 15.6 cm.
Ca. 1735 - 40, the bronze probably France, 19th C.
