Fu Hua was born in Beijing to a distinguished Manchu family. He was accepted as a disciple by the artist Jiang Hanting (1903-1963). His work was successfully exhibited in Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom, where they were acquired by the British Museum in London and other museums.
