Fu Hua was born in Beijing into a distinguished Manchu family. He was accepted as a disciple by the artist Jiang Hanting (1903-1963). His work was successfully exhibited in Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom. His works were acquired by the British Museum in London and other museums.
