A small Nuremberg gilt brass box

Decorated to five sides with hunting scenes and a later city view to the underside. A faux-lock plate to the front, interior lock with four bolts, keyhole concealed beneath a sliding plaque. With original key. Slight rust to the iron lock. H 5.3, W 7.2, D 5 cm.
Ca. 1600, attributed to the workshop of the brothers Michel and Conrad Mann.
