A South Indian copper alloy and brass figure of Lakshmi Narasimha seated with crossed legs held by a yogapatta band on a lotus encircled by a naga. On the left thigh of the four-armed and lion-headed Vishnu sits Lakshmi, his hands hold padma, chakra with arrow, shankhawith bow, and gada. Tamil Nadu, Thanjavar. 19th century.
