Two central Indian folk bronzes of a) a shrine with five four-armed Ganeshas (Pancha Ganesha), seated in lalitasana on a flat base, each in front of an arch, and b) four sadhus or kshetrapala on horseback. 16thand 19th century. (2)
Height a) 5 cm; b) 3.7 cm

Pancha Ganesha is a rare iconographic representation, common in stone, however almost unknown in bronze.
