An 18k gold and coloured stone brooch made by Wilhelm Nagel

Designed as a hand-forged clump of hexagonal motifs with fine granulated decor, set with six brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. ), a black opal doublette, 2 emeralds, 4 rubies (including a star ruby), 6 sapphires in various cuts, and a cultured pearl (diameter 5mm). Stamped German fineness 750 with half moon and crown, maker's mark. 5.5 x 4.6 cm. Weight 22.0 g.
