Gouache on ivory in a gilt copper frame with travel case. Signed and dated lower right edge: Pet. Mayr v. Augsburg 1831 (?). Signs of wear to the case. The frame unopened. 8.5 x 7 cm (incl. frame).
Presumably 1831.

The miniaturist Peter Mayr (Freiburg/Breisgau 1758 - Munich 1836) was primarily active in Augsburg and Munich.
