A 14k gold Belle Epoque brooch with featherwork

With a delicately wrought depiction of a partridge made from feathers on a mother-of-pearl ground, in a wire-framed capsule setting. Stamped fineness 585, maker's mark in an armorial cartouche. The back of the capsule with minimal gilt soldered repairs. 4.1 x 4.6 cm. Weight 16.3 g.
