A Parisian ormolu officer's alarm clock
White enamel dial with Arabic numerals under glass, blued hands, the textile replaced. Day-running movement with verge escapement, date and alarm functions, and quarter-hourly strike on a bell. Inscribed Meuron & Compie to the dial. Minor wear to the gilding, the glass scratched. H 22.7 cm.
