Fragment of a marble arch, probably Tuscan, second half 14th century

Minimal remains of former polychromy. An architectural fragment carved in the round. The mouldings of the front are decorated with angel's heads, those of the back are undecorated. The inner spandrels are carved with rosettes, the outer edge with acanthus.
Wear with losses. 44 x 27 x 14 cm.
