A presumably Spanish relief depiction of the Virgin and Child, 2nd half 15th century

The reverse flattened. With partially overpainted older polychromy. A half-figure depiction of the Virgin holding the Christ Child over Her left hip. Carved in relief in a simple frame with an ogee arch resting on two barleytwist columns.
Two drilled holes to the upper centre. Wear with minor losses to the polychromy. 65 x 38 x 3 cm.
