A 14k gold, silver, and diamond pendant brooch

Of openwork cartouche form, set with old-, transition-, and 8/8-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.60 ct). Suspending cultured pearls. The gold brooch fittings a later addition, the pearl replaced. H 4.2 cm. Weight 6.1 g.
Ca. 1890, with ammendments.
