A Leipzig parcel gilt silver tankard

Of cylindrical form on a flared base, with a herm-form handle. Decorated with personifications of the virtues. The domed lid and footring with acanthus decor, monogrammed to the lid "IBALSR". H 25 cm, weight 1990 g.
Indistinct maker's mark, presumably of Master GS, ca. 1685.
