A North Italian bronze figure of an angel with the Arma Christi, circa 1600

Older patina. A figure of a nude angel cast in the round standing on a small round base. The column and cockerel symbolise the flagellation of Christ and St. Peter's denial of Him.
Mounted on a modern marble plinth. Height 12 cm (without plinth).
