A large and elegant Gandhara grey schist head of a Buddha with large bulging almond-shaped eyes and a small mouth with curved lips, head and the low ushnisha covered by hair arranged in wavy strands, a small urna above the eye brows. Nose restored. 2nd/3rd century.
