A portrait miniature of a gentleman in an allonge wig

Oil on copper portrait of a gentleman in an embroidered tailcoat. In an emerald set gold filigree frame, enamelled to both sides. Some minimal wear to the margins. Minor losses to the enamel of the frame, glass replaced. 5.2 x 3.9 cm.
Presumably German School, ca. 1680.
