Framed.
Signed in a rhombus to the lower left..

Stamped to the reverse: Spitzweg jun. and hand-written 46.
Technological examination by the CICS in Cologne.
This small previously unknown landscape can be brought into connection with a series of similar works by Spitzweg, such as "Fränkische Landschaft" (Wichmann 1411), "Baumlose Landschaft" (Wichmann 1415), "Landschaft mit Figur" (Wichmann 1416) and other small-format works which Sigfried Wichmann dates to around 1870/75.
