A large carved dingyao floral bowl. Northern Song dynasty (960-1127)

With wide flaring rounded sides rising from a narrow foot, the interior carved with a lotus blossom and leafy scrolling branches, covered overall with an ivory-white glaze. The rim bound with copper.
